Comments (0)There is no doubt in my mind that you have heard of Green Tea. It’s everywhere. Ever since it was featured on the Oprah show, there was no way this little weight loss miracle from China would lose it’s fame. With the internet at hand, you’ll find that you can now get your hands on Green Tea with just a few clicks of the mouse.
You’ll see several ads all over the web about various green tea products. Each merchant trying to get you into their purchase program.
There are however scam artists out there! You have to be careful! Real green tea is grown in China. If the green tea product you are buying does not get it’s green tea from China, then it’s most probably fake green tea. You have to understand that green tea gets it’s properties from it’s climate, soil and the nurturing it gets from it’s environment. It’s overall growing process cannot be replicated, so don’t be fooled. Green tea is such a sensitive plant, that growing it in any other climate will literally destroy it’s ability to produce any weight loss results.
Are you buying the TEA or a COMBINATION?
When you are buying green tea leaves…make sure they are sealed leaves! DO NOT buy the tea bags! They are awful! The real leaves taste way better. The only problem is that green tea tastes quite bad. There are however green tea weight loss solutions that taste very good.
You obviously want to use green tea to loose weight right? Well, green tea by itself will contribute to your weight loss, but not to a big extent. You have to realize that with all weight loss assistants you have to include some light to moderate exercise. Your body needs it more than you think. A tiny bit of exercise will boost the green tea’s effectiveness (fat burning effects) as well as keep you healthy!
For weight loss, I’ll rather go for a fat burner that has green tea as part of the ingredient. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not talking about only a little green tea. It has to have sufficient green tea in it. Most companies that claim their fat burners have green tea in it know they are lying through their teeth.
So when looking for that ultimate fat burner, remember that one of it’s primary ingredients should be green tea. There’s no use buying a green tea weight loss product that is filled with just a pinch of green tea.

Mail this post It seems that children these days eat more junk food and exercise less which leads to chubby kids. Helping your child lose weight can be a challenge. Follow these weight loss for children tips.
1. Insist they have a healthy breakfast: a combination of protein, fruit, and a carbohydrate. The breakfast doesn’t have to be fancy. Peanut butter on toast topped with apple slices with a glass of milk will start their day off right. Another alternative would be a hard boiled egg and fruit smoothie, made with fresh fruit, and half an English muffin.
If your child insists they don’t have time for breakfast, make the meal the night before and leave in the fridge to grab and go. You kid doesn’t like breakfast food? Well breakfast doesn’t have to be bacon, eggs, and hash browns. A slice of pizza will do just fine if it’s heavy on the tomato sauce and light on the cheese.
2. Use single portion healthy snacks and have them conveniently available. Non salted pretzels, low sodium saltine crackers, carrot sticks, single size servings of low fat cottage cheese all make energy filled snacks. The problem is when the child eats nearly a box of pretzels. Prepackaged single serving portions help avoid that. Package the servings yourself in zip lock baggies to save on money.
Throw out all the unhealthy high fat, high sugar snacks. No one in the family really needs them anyway. If they aren’t in the house your child won’t be reminded of them and probably won’t miss them. If you just have to have your chips, put them in the back of the freezer. They won’t tempt your little ones and they’ll defrost quickly.
The high energy drinks popular with kids now should be a no no if your child is on a weight loss program. They’re full of sugar which means calories and sometimes caffeine which kids don’t need. Substitute plain bottled water. Go easy on the diet drinks. The artificial sweetener can cause digestive problems. Juice is healthy but full of sugar. Dilute the juice half and half with water and return to the container. Your child won’t even notice.
Cut out full fat milk and use skim. If your child balks, use the juice trick. Dilute the full fat milk with 2% milk. Gradually decrease the full fat milk and increase the 2% until the milk is only 2%. Do the same thing using half 2% milk and half 1% milk. And again substituting skim nonfat milk for 50% of the 1% milk. Ina few weeks your child will have painlessly switched over to skim milk.
3. Cut out fast food as much as possible. The tendency is to eat too much too quickly. Fast food is loaded with fat and salt. If the rest of the family is having burgers and fries order your child’s with only mustard and ketchup, no mayo, add extra tomatoes and lettuce to bulk up the burger. Substitute a small salad with just a smidge of dressing or apple slices instead of the fries. Chicken is an even better selection as long as it’s not fried.
What the child drinks counts in their daily calorie intake. Avoid soft drinks. Offer plain or flavored waters instead.
Most important beyond any weight loss for children tip is to not make your child feel different because they are on a weight loss program. No one likes to feel deprived or left out, especially children. Revamp your family meals to be low fat but tasty, everyone will benefit.

The real question is, do other fat burners work losing weight? The short answer is yes, but it goes deeper then that.
Normal fat burners almost ALL contain Ephedrine. Ephedrine is like very strong caffeine. It accelerates the heart rate. This can be very dangerous if you have a heart condition, are prone to headaches or fainting. Ephedrine also depletes your body of energy reserves which is not healthy at all. The human body has to be in equilibrium all the time.
So now the question…does green tea work for weight loss?
Absolutely, but ONLY in conjunction with some exercise and a normal diet. You won’t lose a lot of weight by living unhealthy, but drinking green tea combined with exercise will definitely assist with weight loss. You have to eat right to see significant effects. By utilizing green tea and a bit of exercise you can still see results without changing your diet. The key is to analyze your diet a bit though. If you are constantly pigging out then you cannot expect to lose a lot of weight. Don’t even blame the green tea. The problem then lies with you.
Most people drink 3 - 6 cups of green tea a day and see good results. The best weight loss results are achieved with the use of fat burners that have green tea in them. They are all over the place, but make sure the one you buy actually has green tea as the primary ingredient or at least secondary.
The Chinese drink the tea, but to most of us the green tea tastes really terrible. Chances are good you’ll buy it only to spit it out once you take your first sip. There are however things you can do to better the taste. You can add some honey and some mint leaves to the tea. Don’t let the tea steep too long before hand, otherwise you risk drinking very bitter tea. 2-4 minutes of steeping is perfect.
As I said, as an alternative you can buy professional fat burning green tea that tastes very nice. The fat burning ingredients along with the green tea will provide some very good results. You’ll get less cravings for food as well as get full much faster. It really works.
