All this causes inactivity which in turn causes weight increase hence it is essential to get up to fitness. A five minute walk twice or thrice a day can cause a lot of benefit to health.

Less risky diet plans include taking six small meals a day, exercise regularly, check thyroid to cancel any illness that can cause weight gain and last but not the least drink lots of water. If you follow a healthy lifestyle you can achieve relief from back pain due to obesity.

Doctors generally ask you while doing a diagnosis where the pain is actually happening in the lower back or buttocks or upper legs. They may even ask you to rank your pain from anywhere from say one to ten. You may find the entire procedure to be quite a pain but you need to go through this if you want a solution to your back pain problem.

Firstly you need to know whether the pain is from an identifiable pain generator or unidentifiable pain generator. If it is from identifiable generator it becomes easy for treatment but if it is due to unidentifiable factor then it becomes the source of treatment. Identifiable factors are generally related to spine conditions or stenosis or then to degenerative discs etc

It is said that one should start with slow and proper stretch exercises because if muscles are made to work more than their routine function they are known to send pain messages to the brain if they rarely perform activities. Hence slow and steady increase in workouts will keep muscles from getting tensed up after a particular workout is done.

One of the most common advice that you can get for back pain is take some aspirin and call for the doctor in the morning. Some people get temporary relief from pain by using heat or ice treatment. Actually there is no scientific proof for the use of ice and heat treatment but on the other hand it has not shown to cause additional problem either so this home remedy may provide you temporary relief from pain.

Sometimes the problem behind back pain can be life threatening. If you start a strict regimen of therapy for back pain without studying the root problem in history of a person it could end up causing a health disaster. It is thus advisable to first diagnosis the chronic problem and then start a therapy if the pain persist for more than three days or two to three weeks.
