Do you know exactly what do you want to achieve? More muscle and less belly fat is not a good answer! How much more muscle you want. You should be able to see desired look of your body in detail. How it looks, how it feels to look like that, what are the reactions of your friends and family? Your mind has potential to catapult you fast towards the materialization of your goals. All top achievers use this power and accomplish great, wonderful things. You are that key factor for your success and if you just understand this you are becoming legitimate for the success. This is a fact!

Start asking your self “how I can do this …” not “can I do it ….” and things will start to change rapidly. This way of thinking will result you find your fast track towards your goals. When this clicked in my life I started advancing so fast , I could not believe.

Anything useless for my advancement started to run away from me. I finally found this way to insane massive gain which was (and steel is) the best one for me. After more than 15 months of struggle to gain 6-7 pounds I packed 38 pounds of lean, rock solid muscle to my body in only 8 months. Therefore I tell you, change your attitude and things will change!
